The aftermath of the Eagles’ victory in the L’il Super Bowl — isn’t that what the logo called it? — is being described in Philadelphia media as a “boisterous celebration” that in places “got out of hand.” On national TV, though, it sure looked like what we might call a “riot,”except for one key distinction.
