    Love these guys, not strictly surf but I could care less. The lineup has changed over the years, their usually a four piece. Saw them about two years ago at the now defunct World Café, all they use for gear is a small Fender amp and their DePinto signature guitars. A good reminder it’s not the gear, the magic is in the fingers.

    That would be Danny Amis (a.k.a Daddy O Grande), he has cancer , believe he can no longer stand for extended periods. He’s out of the group but shows up from time to time and collaborates with other groups, mostly in Mexico.
