Trump seems to need to personalize his enemies. It’s not enough to demonize Democrats. He likes to have an effigy, so he can personalize the naming calling.

I always opt for someone of sufficient gravitas, who has the respect of both sides of the aisle and is able to get them to act like adults. And of course, both left and right sneer at my choices because they all want warriors and I choose peacemakers.
Yeah, it’s unfortunate that your politics are based on some antiquated myth about Tip O’Neill, but that’s cool.
Personally, I’m not going to be making peace with folks who’ll gift the affluent capital class a trillion and a half dollar then demand entitlement cuts for the poor and elderly because the deficit is high.
