I love Bernie Sanders

Filed in National by on January 16, 2019

Bernie would have beaten Clinton if the nominating process was fair and transparent. It wasn’t, but it is better now thanks to the work Sanders put in after the nomination was decided.

The Democratic Party is better for having Bernie Sanders in it on it.
I also love who wins the Democratic nomination provided the contest is fair and transparent.

Ditto. “You cannot fake genuine”. Plastic isn’t leather. You can’t takeoff and land a simulator at LaGuardia. The corpse at any wake does not look better than when it was alive and breathing. The powerful, entrenched special interests have no other interests but their own. The costs of serving the needs of all people will always exceed the goal of serving all people. Orange can never be the new black since black is the absence of color. The memory of many politicians usually is limited to their past election and what will successfully translate to their next election. The status-quo will never evolve, improve or change as long as those in charge have spawned from that status-quo.
Bernie Sanders is and will always be the most effusive champion of fairness, equality and all of the idealism that should be representative of the Democratic party and all of its alleged members.

If no D-party candidate wins on the first round, which is likely given how many have so far announced or hinted, unelected Super-delegates can then vote in subsequent rounds; ensuring there’s no Bernie to love.

So much for “a nominating process”…”fair and transparent”.
