Mini Movie Review

I saw “United Skates” on HBO. It was good. It left me thinking that I don’t think I could make it as an African American in this country. The relentless pressure applied by the day to day, systemic racism would crush me.

    Indeed. I think it is good you recognize that. That feeling you are facing right now is why some of us value fighting for civil rights and against discrimination in all its forms just as much as we value progressive economic policy.
