DE State Trooper Immediately Pulls Gun at Traffic Stop of a Black Guy

Filed in National by on February 19, 2019

The Trooper goes right to his gun. How can this shit still be happening? The cop’s training sucks, he is a racist, it is okay to pull a gun immediately on a black guy if you are a cop. Probably all of the above.

The subject of the traffic stop is named Mac Buckley.

You may have to go to the NJ or Twitter to see the video

    More cops doing cop shit.

Subscribe to the News Journal & fuck the police.

  3. Let’s not forget the kid who was beaten up by a cop, also memorialized in video:

Bad cops must be weeded out of law enforcement. And the so-called Police Bill Of Rights needs to be amended to remove protections for bad cops.

Are you surprised? I’m not, the state police do as they like in this state, perhaps it’s because we’re stupid enough to let them have a political presence. Perhaps it’s because they get away with it time and again, and of course it’s not just the state police, it’s all of them. How bad is it? If I was black I’d have a dash cam in the car, perhaps two. As ever: Fuck the police and the politicians who empower them and look the other way.

Where’s the problem? He’s clearly a black guy

  6. Iceraider12 says:

Um, do your homework before making sweeping assumptions. The guy was speeding, driving with out registration and insurance and has a criminal history. All of which I’m sure the cop figured out as soon as he ran his plates.

From CBS Philly: Buckley is charged with resisting arrest, driving at an unreasonable speed, and failure to have insurance identification and registration. An arraignment is scheduled for March 18. Court records show Buckley has an arrest record dating to 1999, with convictions for DUI, drug possession, maintaining a vehicle for keeping drugs, criminal impersonation and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Here’s the link to that article: https://philadelphia.cbslocal.com/2019/02/20/delaware-state-police-investigating-after-trooper-seen-on-video-pulling-gun-on-driver-during-traffic-stop/

But yeah, go ahead and just assume the cop pulled him over because he’s black.

    • jason330 says:

My goodness. Do me a favor and get your shit together, dude. Where do I ever say that he was “pulled over” because he is black?

      • Iceraider12 says:

“The cop’s training sucks, he is a racist, it is okay to pull a gun immediately on a black guy if you are a cop. Probably all of the above.”

        Pretty clear that’s your implication.

        • jason330 says:

So, you agree I didn’t say it. That’s a start. For the record, it is pretty clear that I meant what I said. A DE State Trooper immediately pulled a gun at traffic on a black guy at a traffic stop.

Not only did I state that, but the video shows that my statement is 100% factual.

“The Trooper goes right to his gun. How can this shit still be happening? The cop’s training sucks, he is a racist, it is okay to pull a gun immediately on a black guy if you are a cop. Probably all of the above.”

Dude, dont go twisting my comments to suit your agenda. I’m not getting into an argument about this. The bottom line is you and just about every other commenter on here are immediately assuming the cop is wrong when we have no idea what lead up to this incident. I have friends who are cops. They don’t just pull guns for no reason. I am sure there is more to this story that hasn’t come out yet. That’s the only point I’m trying to make. And we should all reserve our comments until the full story comes out. I’m done with this. Enjoy your evening.

            • jason330 says:

              Get over yourself, white guy.

              • xyz says:

Did you even read the story? He didn’t immediately pull his gun. The shitbag, with a criminal record including carrying a concealed deadly weapon, refused to get out of his car. He was speeding and driving erratically, cop was fully within the law asking him to step out of the car. This is why people get shot. Not racism, just sheer stupidity.

              • jason330 says:

Backfill the story with details about what a terrible person the victim of police lawlessness is.

That’s a very predictable next step. I’m sure Mac Buckley will be shown to be worse than Osama bin Laden, and the cop had a knife to his neck and was about to be brutally murdered by the time this is all over.

              • xyz says:

Just say “I was wrong”. Will save you a lot of time and energy.

              • jason330 says:

I say “I was wrong” all the time. The video speaks for itself.

    • Rchelle says:

He ran his plates because he’s black. You can deny racial profiling all you want to…..but your denial doesn’t make it go away.

      • xyz says:

He ran his plates because that is what cops do. You speed and get pulled over, your plates get run. Period.

        • jason330 says:

Dear People, Please read the post. This has nothing to do with why he was stopped but everything to do with what happened during the stop.

  7. RE Vanella says:

Did some dumbfuck say they have friends who are cops & they wouldn’t do this?

    Hahahahaha! We’re replete with dumbfucks!

I know cops too… They would.

Fuck the police. And, while I’m at it, fuck you fascist kiss ass pieces if trash.

    Good morning.

  8. RE Vanella says:

Yeah, cops get shot at so any cop can stick a loaded 9mm is somebody’s face because they “feel threatened.”

    end of discussion.

  9. Jason330 says:

The Trooper didn’t stick his gun in that guys face because he was threatened he did it because he was angry. That’s the whole ball of wax right there.

  10. Nancy Willing says:

A friend who attended cop training tells me this cop violated at least 6 rules of protocol here. Three are: Didn’t stand back behind the door out of shooting range, both hands needed to shoot that model of gun yet had it in one hand, and holding the gun where the driver could knock it down by shoving the door outwards,
