John Carney is 100% Not Dead, or at least 85% Not Dead

In case you are still wondering – The rumor recently repeated at Blue Delaware (…in the comments section….by me) that Governor John Carney died on December 22nd, 2018 has been debunked. While people close to the Governor affirm that while Carney does bear a striking resemblance to a bag of potatoes with googly eyes stuck on, according to official reports, John Carney is still alive, if not kicking.
