The NRA is on the run in Delaware and it is time to drive the blood-soaked caucus out of the state once and for all.
Moms Demand Action has been very effective and the logical next step will be setting up candidates to primary these Democrats who toe the NRA line:
- Andria Bennett
- Bill Bush
- Lumpy Carson
- Quin Johnson
Calls and letters from constituents are nice, but primaries get the job done.
Mom’s Demand Action will be getting another opportunity to highlight these members of the NRA caucus in the coming weeks as the assault weapons ban returns.

In the 8th RD (Johnson) , Like Bennet’s 32nd, the Dem primary is the election. KEH got 44% v Carper in that RD and Johnson is no Carper, so it actually looks promising for a primary challenger running as the Democrat in the race.
That said, incumbency is a high obstacle to get over. A primary challenger may want to look at it as a multi-cycle project. Get out there this year and take out the trash at the next mid-term.
