New Homes Increasingly Being Built In Climate Change Risk Zones.  If there’s any solace in all the freeloaders coming to Sussex County, it’s that their new mini manses will likely end up underwater pretty quickly. Must-reading for all policymakers. From the report:

Delaware, Mississippi, New Jersey, Rhode Island are developing risk zones more than 2x faster than safer locations.

And, surprise, surprise, Sussex County has the third highest number of new homes being built in risk zones in the country.
