Democratic dithering over their sort-of impeachment inquiry is being used against them by the Trump Department of Justice, which is arguing Congress doesn’t deserve to see grand jury testimony from the Mueller probe because it’s not really an impeachment inquiry.

A New Castle County drug dealer was sentenced to 20 years in prison for selling fentanyl-laced heroin that killed a 26-year-old woman.

Sen. Rand Paul and Rep. Liz Cheney are having a public battle over who’s Trumpier. Sadly, it will not be to the death.

A descendant of one of the first families of Virginia is suing a Charlottesville weekly paper for bringing up his ancestors’ particularly nasty brand of slave-holding in antebellum days. The descendant in question was written about because he’s suing the town over the removal of Confederate monuments. People like him have been denying that blacks are their equals for 400 years, why stop now?
