Trump Supporter, Anthony Delcollo, reveals Trump Support in HB73 vote

Filed in National by on January 17, 2020

HB73 is the first leg of a constitutional amendment to eliminate restrictions on when absentee ballots can be cast. Delcollo, who has had some success pretending to be “one of the last good Republicans” couldn’t hide his trumpiness here though.

Voter suppression is an important pillar of Trumpism so Delcollo’s inability to do the right thing and vote for HB73 is not surprising in the least. What is surprising is how many Democrats continue to be take in by this Trump supporting fraud.

  1. Bane says:

I asked him. He says that he’s not a Trump supporter and that he “detests” what Trump and his supporter have done to his father’s party. Whatever that means. I’m just reporting the news.

  2. There is only one reason not to support this bill–and that is support for voter suppression.

Which, contrary to Delcollo’s claims, is a key pillar of Trumpism and Rethuglicanism. Remember Kris Kobach’s ‘Voter Integrity Commission’?

Regardless of what Delcollo may say, his failure to vote for this bill reflects his support for voter suppression.
