Anthony Delcollo is one of the most exasperating figures in the Del Legislature. He is frequently on the correct side of the issues, and yet he is a Delaware Republican. With everything we now know about the DEGOP, that means he is very probably (almost assuredly) a fucking asshole and/or a complete dick.
