    WASHINGTON – As more Americans tragically lose their fight to the COVID-19 pandemic, Coons introduced legislation to pay tribute to the victims of COVID-19 with a moment of silence at 12 noon on Monday, June 1, 2020.

    I don’t know what MORE silence from Coons would sound like.
