Minneapolis Cops Kill Black Man In Broad Daylight. Cop chokes man with knee for eight minutes while other cops just stand there. In a rarity, they are actually fired for their behavior. But who knows if they’ll ever face charges. If there are special protections for rogue cops written into law in Minnesota, it’s unlikely. In Delaware, the so-called Police Bill Of Rights makes prosecution of even the most brutal violations by police well nigh impossible. We have talked about property reassessments being the Third Rail of Delaware Politics. The ability of cops to do whatever they want is right there with it. Memo To General Assembly: The Police Bill Of Rights needs a major rewrite. After all, rights are not just for rogue cops.
