Which Coons do you think will show up?

Filed in National by on June 23, 2020

Do you trust the Coons from back in November who promised to give Mitch McConnell veto power over any Democratic legislation by promising to vote to keep the filibuster intact?

Or do you trust the Coons of today who says he actually might not vote to give McConnell veto power after all?

  1. A: I’m not prepared to vote for him for six more years to find out.

If we are going to remove the filibuster, best do it on Day One to take advantage of that First Hundred Days energy. If we wait longer, Repubs will block everything, then run against the do-nothing Senate. Then it will be too late. You know Coons will be in the go-slow, give-them-a-chance camp.

Trust Coons? Never, the little clown wants “everything on the table”for deficit reduction, translation the little shit is willing to gut Medicare and Social Security.

In Obama’s first two years, when Speaker Pelosi was still sending fairly progressive bills to the Senate, Obama would send Joe Biden to the Senate to say “Psst… hold tight, we’ll send you a less progressive bill next week. and the President will sign it.”

Chris Coons would be President Biden’s Biden in the Senate.

I don’t trust him! Let’s vote him out in the primary! Go Jess!
