Is Today The Day That Trump’s Financial Records Finally Become Due?  The Supreme Court decision is coming today. Trump has lost at every turn in every court in trying to keep them hidden. Once again, it’s probably come down to the Chief Justice.  I look for Roberts to contort himself into a Rosemary Woods pretzel, and send the cases back to a lower court for more litigation. Anything to keep the records from coming out before the election.

Worst COVID Day Yet.  A national record. Five states set records–Missouri, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia and Texas.  Oh, and we have our Tulsa post-Trump-rally spike. 

Trump To Force CDC To Change Guidelines For School Reopenings.  He’s turned the CDC into a lapdog.  Can someone please tell me just what is the constituency for opening schools in an unsafe manner?  Certainly not anybody with kids in school, teachers, staff, or family members.  Utter insanity.  Biden’s plans for the Department Of Education.

Vindman Resigns From Military, Citing ‘Retaliation’ From Trump.  Has anything like this happened before?  I betcha that McCain would have had something to say if he were still alive. 

Delaware Scaredycats Buy Guns In Record Numbers.  These big tough guys are defenseless without their guns.  Dave McBride and Nicole Poore, along with the NRA, are their patron saints. Cathy Cloutier as well.

Delawareans Not Welcome In Philly.  Hey, cases are shooting up here. Again.
