Kobach Loses In Kansas, Justice Democrat Wins In MissouriMizzou Voters Approve Obamacare Medicaid Expansion, Tlaib Appears To Be Winning.  We can cross Kansas off the list of competitive Senate races, but AOC and the Justice Democrats are here to stay. Mo’ Better Democrats.

Trump Sues Nevada, Gives Florida A Pass, On Mail-In Ballots. Why does he give Florida a pass? Besides the obvious need to harvest R votes by mail, it’s because of  ‘two great Republican governors’.  He’s trying to both to steal the election (if he wins) and to de-legitimize it (if he loses).

FBI & IRS Raid Company With Ties To Oligarch Who Peddled Biden Disinformation.  Did they give AG Barr a heads-up on this?

Border Patrol Hides Results Of Investigation Into Massive Racism And Misogyny.  The group of government miscreants was known as ‘I’m 10-15’:

But now, more than a year later, after one of the most sweeping internal investigations in the history of the agency, CBP has provided little new information about “I’m 10-15” or its efforts to address toxic attitudes within the ranks. Instead, it has released a basic summary of its findings. The agency has not said who was behind the group or its most egregious posts. And it has not explained how such a group — whose members included Carla Provost, then the highest-ranking official in the Border Patrol — had existed for nearly three years without any sort of intervention from patrol brass.

And in Congress, the oversight committee said its work has been derailed by a lack of cooperation from CBP leaders, who have refused to provide congressional investigators with the names of employees who made offensive posts or even identify the agents who’ve been disciplined.

‘Hey, what’s wrong with a little harmless racism and misogyny? Boys will be boys.’ That appears to be official government policy.

How Did Trump Pay For His Scottish Properties? Trust me, you will want to read this.  It’s so much fun–at Trump’s expense. Just one tasty tidbit:

Early promotional materials for Aberdeenshire carried what purported to be the Trump clan’s baronial crest—three lions under an armored fist brandishing a spear and surrounded by a flourish of red and white feathers.

It was, no surprise, a fake. Trump had cribbed the coat of arms from Joseph Edward Davies, whose wife had built Mar-a-Lago and who had legitimately been granted the crest in the 1930s. He had made only one minor change, erasing the Davies family motto of “integritas” (integrity) and replacing it with “Trump.” He had used the doctored crest for years to peddle all sorts of products—from ties to beach towels—and it was plastered across his US properties.

But that didn’t fly in Scotland.

For centuries the country has had an office devoted to making sure people do not claim someone else’s family name. And after it determined Trump was indeed displaying a stolen coat of arms, he was barred from using it. The episode foretold Trump’s subsequent misadventures in Scotland, a country particularly resistant to his brand of flimflam.

McConnell: Whatever The D’s And Trump Agree To, I’ll Support.  The Rethuglican-controlled Senate has opted out of helping the millions of Americans who are at risk.  If the D’s had a killer instinct, they’d already have spots up wherever there’s a vulnerable Rethug incumbent.  John Boehner said it best:

Former Republican House Speaker John Boehner always had a ready answer when he found himself, like McConnell now, in a tight spot.

“A leader without followers is simply a man taking a walk,” he would say during raucous times during his tenure.

Cops Hate Matt Meyer.  Here’s More Proof.  The cops and the trade unions are behind Meyer’s opponent.  All the more reason to support him. Time to drive a stake through the last remnants of the Gordon cabal.

6:29 in the video you need to watch for the answer. You’re welcome.
I also debate his mark towards Trump in charisma category. One thing Biden does have going for him is his affability. Trump is, was, and always will be a creep, IMHO.

  1. GREAT post on Matt Meyer and his primary opponent over at Blue Delaware:

    I can’t improve on that.

A lot of the usual suspects are lined up behind her.

The long tail of Gordonites in New Castle County perhaps gives us a glimpse of what the post-Trump GOP will act like.

      • Not just the post-Trump GOP. You’ve got Delaware’s two most unethical legislators, Nicole Poore, and our PAL Val Longhurst, along with a couple of trade union legislators, Jack Walsh and Ed Osienski.

I heard Trump on Howard Stern’s show 40 years ago when I was a college kid and knew he was a crude misogynist pig
