I wish this was "Part 2" and not a recap post. A Part 2 will have pulled on this string a little more and, who knows, with the right breeze exposed the pert nipples of whoever is paying Keith Furlong and a VERY shady NJ consulting company to go after Matt Meyer while propping up, or pretending to prop up Bruce Ennis. MASSACHUSETTS — Sen. Ed Markey has done what no Massachusetts politician has done before: Defeat a Kennedy. Markey survived a fierce challenge by Rep. Joe Kennedy in the Democratic primary for the U.S. Senate. Kennedy called Markey to concede the race around 10 p.m. The victory sets up Markey, 74, to retain his seat following an unexpected challenge that turned contentious down the stretch.
