Look Who Got Federal Contract To Provide Food Boxes To The Poor.  Are such contracts deliberate, or reflective of incompetence?  Yes.

GSA Administrator Finally Relents, Approves Transition Process.  Begging the question, how did someone this incompetent ever get this position, which is truly an administrative position.  Asked and answered.  Restoring competence to government is only one of the huge tasks facing Biden.

Another White Supremacist Cult Busted, This One In Boise.  Look for a whole lot more of these busts under the Biden Administration.

How Congress Can Override Supreme Court Rulings.  A tweak here, a tweak there…

How Janet Yellen Can Help The Economy.  First job, and stop me if this sounds familiar, undo the damage done by Steven Mnuchin.

Trump Rushes To Transfer Tribal Holy Ground To Mining Company.  Utterly despicable.

The Utter Disaster Of The 2020 Census.  As seen through the eyes of a census-taker.

The ironic thing about Trump’s whinging about the election being rigged is that is was. His side rigged it, and they still couldn’t drag his fat ass over the finish line.

  2. Arthur says:

All i ask is that the southern district of NY leak to the media that they will be apprehending all the Trumps immediately after the inauguration.

  3. bamboozer says:

Is Washington incompetent in general? Yep. They fill positions with their relatives friends and people they owe favors to. Just like the clowns that proliferate in Dover. Will Trump be prosecuted post White House? No, all the politicians are guilty of something, once again just like in Dover. As for “restoring competence” it can be done, especially if you leave the people who know what their doing and have been doing for decades the hell alone. Politicians remain the root cause of many problems in America, so has it ever been.

If prosecutors look away, they’ll be complicit

I don’t share your dark vision

    • Ben says:

I dont think there is much chance of federal charges, but NY will rip that whole family apart.

      • El Somnambulo says:

Agree. He’s gonna pardon his family and fellow miscreants.

It’s up to the State of New York.

        • GeoBumm says:

I realize he is beneath nothing to dick us over, but I have yet to hear a clear line of procedures as far as pardons go. For one, some say you can’t be given clemency for a crime you didn’t commit. So if he is going to issue pardons to himself and family, OK Mr. Tangerine Man, for what? It sounds like he would have to give some sort of reasoning and I’m not sure they’d want that on their ‘records’. Second is that clemency does not remove the fact that you were convicted of something. Sherriff Arpolla (or whatever his name was) got clemency but the courts told him to go pound sand when he wanted the conviction expunged. So again, having that on your record could make things messy down the road or when you go looking for loans. Finally, there is the whole unanswered question of assuring clemency to entice others (or yourself) to commit crimes on your behalf. If Der Gropenfurer or his family go on a crime spree on the way out the door, they may meet a very unsympathetic Supreme Court who says “Yeah, no. That’s not how any of this works” when they present their get out of jail free cards.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure they’ll try something to save their hides. I’m just not sure it will work as they think. More concerning to me is the unbridled use of clemency for genuine miscreants currently locked. But, that won’t look good in 2024 when he or his kid tries to run again. OTOH, that cult is so brainwashed it wouldn’t matter. November 3 convinced me of that.

Good points. I have no doubt that Trump is continuing to threaten to run for President in order to continue to raise money for his criminal defense fund, and to keep Republicans in line.

It is truly an “emperor has no clothes” situation. When it is over for Trump it is going to be ugly.
