Delaware City RV Park Approved. With controversy. People in Delaware City are finally waking up to the sheer corruption behind this plan, and to how much their lives will be disrupted. They should have read Delaware Liberal back in 2014. From the ‘There’s a sucker born every minute’ file:
“I place the blame on (former) Governor Jack Markell who signed this H.B. 310 in 2014 granting these lands and empowering this FDRC in the way that he did. That law was sponsored by Nicole Poore and Valerie Longhurst. They are trying to work with the community and try to put the protections back on the land, but you can’t retroactively make those protections now applicable to things like this RV Park. Even if they try to fix what’s broke, it won’t fix the RV Park.”
Bullshit. Of course Markell deserves a lot of blame, especially the giving-away of the land. But this scheme was hatched by Longhurst and Poore and the Delaware City ‘playas’. Characteristically, they’re now trying to evade the political fallout.

Want to asses just how far gone into a fantasy world Trump and his “dead enders” are? The games and claims in Georgia are both insane and pathetic, especially the bit about “Trump won California”, both the lawyers involved should be disbarred. Never thought I’d say it but come electoral college, get it over with and vote.
The good news – I think about Trump less and less. With each passing day he fades from my awareness.
Yes he is literally killing Americans at a furious rate, but the notion that he will be allowed to continue in office becomes more and more outlandish.

Good. It’s easy to shit on Carney, and we should for many reasons, but he’s done and said a lot of the right things during the pandemic. I am all for it. Stay home.
