§ 5128 Fraudulent voting; penalty.
– Votes or attempts to vote in or upon the name of any other person whether living or dead or in or upon any false, assumed or fictitious name; or
– Knowingly, wilfully or fraudulently votes more than once for any candidate at any election for the same office; or
– Votes or attempts or offers to vote in any election district without having a lawful right to vote therein, or to vote more than once or to vote in more than 1 election district; or
– Having once voted, votes or attempts or offers to vote again; or
shall be fined not less than $50 or more than $200, or imprisoned not less than 30 days or more than 2 years, or both.

He claims to have voted twice. Looks like Florida and Delaware. I doubt the Florida AG will be very interested, but I think Delaware may be.

Of course a claim to have voted twice is just that – a claim.
Knowing how these guys are such a lying pack of scumbags, I think there is a good chance that this comment is simple trumpian puffery.
Maybe it is puffery but make the little MF’r sweat!
There’s probably a technicality here — first line of defense would be that Delaware can’t prosecute you for voting in Florida.
Suspect this is the proverbial crock of excrement as the Trump lovers are lying at a furious pace right now, but would love to see the fool investigated though.
