Delaware’s Corporate Blockade: How secrecy prevails at the state Division of Corporations

What do we really know about the Delaware Division of Corporations, other than it is a one billion dollar revenue machine that manages the incorporation process in a state that is commonly referred to as the most secretive tax haven in the world?

As it turns out, not very much.

    Ed Freel and Jeff Bullock have protected many an illegal operation over the past couple of decades–including sex slavery rings. They must be very proud. Wonder if they tell their kids about it.

    I know, I know, how important are the lives of tens of thousands of missing children when contrasted with the ‘greater good’ of a lower tax burden for Delaware’s wealthiest?

    BTW, the Delaware Call article is great. Reveals the dark underbelly of the Delaware Way.

    The “we’re just the pimps, not the whores” defense has been a go to. I guess that allows them enough psychological distance.
