Lindell, one of the network’s largest advertising customers in recent years, wanted to place an ad promoting a cyber symposium that he is scheduled to live stream next month, The Wall Street Journal reported.
The CEO told the Journal the commercial would not have specifically mentioned claims of election fraud, but he also reportedly said the symposium would back up former President Trump‘s claims of a stolen election.
MyPillow spent nearly $50 million on Fox News ads in 2020, Lindell told the Journal, and he has shelled out another $19 million in the first seven months of 2021.

People at outlets like the Atlantic really ought to stop giving attention to people like Lindell. If they are ignored they won’t go away, but their influence depends on such free media attention.

Many of our problems come from race and race relations, the Republicans fear the browning of America and are willing to chuck democracy in the toilet and resort to voter suppression to negate it. I suspect more violence is around the corner, as noted by many a failed coup is followed by another. Pundits or not we barely held on after Jan. 6th, no, the “system did not work” and the coup is ongoing. Will not lie, expat looks good to this old man. Brushing up on my Spanish as I see no solution in my lifetime.
