Week 3 of the Kathy trial has begun. After we learn a little bit about court procedure, the state’s witnesses continue with more insight on the Lovecraftian nightmare that makes up the Office of the Auditor of Accounts. Then, Hall of Famer and DOJ Investigator Frank Robinson comes to the stand to discuss his many phone calls with Kathy whistleblowers.

State rests. All 5 charges going to the jury after Judge Carpenter reserves his decision until the jury verdict. Defense case starts. Defense could rest as early as tomorrow close.

I pray she is found guilty but I’m afraid she won’t be. At the very least I hope the stain from this is enough for voters to make smart choices and not reelect her. We live in some crazy times. She is batshit crazy and we all know it. She should have NEVER been elected to begin with.
