Which DE Republicans are NOT MAGA Republicans?

Filed in National by on August 26, 2022

Who isn’t a MAGA Republican is a much easier list to build than the “Which DE Republicans ARE MAGA Republicans?” list. Mike Ramone? He poses as a NOT MAGA Republicans, but I doubt it. Also Kevin Hensley. He tries to pose as a NOT Republican, but that is bullshit as well. Are there any DEGOPers who are Not MAGA Republicans?

Anyway. I like this new messaging from Biden. Name names. Speak the truth and shame the devil.

The updated comms strategy is nuch better. “MAGA Republicans” is much better than “Ultra MAGAs.” Biden is naming names, and not just the complete freaks but Ted Cruz (a fresk too but an undeniable mainstream Republican).

The Republican party is made up of evil stupid assholes but Dems can’t expect NPR listening CNN watching voters to figure that out without some additional promptiing.

  1. DJT Toadstool says:

Former Governor William Cannon is likely not a MAGA Republican.

  2. John Kowalko says:

Would a “MAGA” Republican ignore the will of the G.A. and establish a Grover Norquist like “Balanced Budget” amendment and call it budget smoothing. fully aware that the purpose/goal of budget smoothing is cutting benefits to the neediest while advocating giveaways to the wealthiest individuals and corporations?

Would a “MAGA” Republican virulently fight against more progressive income tax brackets that minimally affect the “richest” earners in Delaware?

Would a “MAGA” Republican cut the State Health Insurance costs by taking away benefits of the retirees and solely on the backs of retirees?

Would a “MAGA” Republican “privatize” Medicare (the most effective health insurance plan in America) giving away taxpayer money to private companies?

Would a “MAGA” Republican keep giving away hundreds of millions in taxpayer money to some of the richest companies in the world?

Would a “MAGA” Republican fight tooth and nail against renewable energy laws and for fossil-fuel endowments?

Would a “MAGA” Republican stop legislation that would somewhat address “climate change” (SB 305)?

Would a “MAGA” Republican encourage publicly funded schools (Charters) that restrict admissions and access for impoverished children of color?
I guess we’re going to have to find a different category for “Maga” Dems

Moma moma their all MAGA now, some pretend not to be. Yeah… right. Or in this case far right.

    • Interesting says:

I love how the site goes from “Great insider information on how we change Delaware” to “ALL REPUBLICANS ARE MAGA…….I HATE TRUMP….HATE THE RIGHT….HATE DINOS…..HATE CAPITALIST DEMS….YOU NEED TO HATE ANYONE WHO WANTS SMALLER GOVERNMENT, MORE MONEY FOR THE PEOPLE, AND THE GOVERNMENT TO FOLLOW OUR CONSTITUTION.”

I’d love to have discussions about policies that stifle individual liberty and prosperity; however, those on this great site, who happen to be most left on the political spectrum, do show a true socialist-totalitarian ethos.

How can someone have such feelings and not see how that has turned out in history?

True MAGA…..like true socialists….are about 10% of the population.

I’m sure you can find like-minded people somewhere else. Not interested in having discussions on those issues with internet randos, thanks all the same.

  4. Jeremy says:

Hensley is the worst of them because of the act he puts on. The aw shucks type of bullshit when he’s been caught catering to the looniest of loons south of the canal. Dems buy that shit sometimes.

At least the sussex county GOP people are open about their nuttiness. I hate fake

  5. Jimmy V says:

Alby, your response to Interesting’s comment is the reason liberalism won’t grow any larger than it did during the pandemic. Most of the population wasn’t born believing in liberal politics and most become more conservative with age. Unfortunately, conservatives appear as the adults in the room and liberals don’t give centrists reason to think otherwise.

“Internet randos” is the group liberals need if you want to advance the agenda.

    • Jason330 says:

“conservatives appear as the adults in the room”. You are very smart. I can tell.

    • Alby says:

Let me get this straight — you think internet randos who hate liberals and liberalism come here looking to be convinced? Jesus, the kids must steal your lunch money every day.

I’m not interested in convincing selfish assholes — you probably call them “conservatives” — that they’re selfish assholes. They’ll go to their graves denying that. I would like to see them go to those graves earlier than they’d like, though.

This is war, sport. The time for convincing is long since past.

    • Alby says:

One other point: We’ve been doing this a long time now; check the archives and see. Among the many things we’ve learned is that whenever it starts to look as if people have figured out Republicanism/conservatism/fascism is an unpopular philosophy, people of that persuasion take to the interwebs looking for liberals to argue with.

In short, they only come out when they start to pee their pants. Do they think winning an argument with a liberal will change anything? Hell, maybe they do, they might actually be that stupid. You, meanwhile, seem to believe the opposite and equally stupid reverse — that somehow something said in an argument on this random internet blog will convince these people of the error of their ways, when nothing else to this point has.

I’m really, really curious as to what you think would turn that trick. And if you’re so confident it will, why aren’t you doing it?
