  1. puck says:

An actual Democrat would highlight the 3.5% unemployment rate, the record cut in the deficit, and the Q3 GDP growth.

And point out that FOX dismissed Biden correctly pointing out that we aren’t in a recession.

And point out how most of inflation is driven by corporate price gouging, and corporations have high profits and aren’t struggling at all.

But I don’t expect Coons to do any of that. I expect pablum about civility and how we should compromise with fascists.

I expect the Kavanaugh threat to get top billing as a both-sides. You know – the guy who called 911 on himself outside Kavanaugh’s house.

Also a lot of agreeing with the moderators about how The Democrat Party is dropping the ball.

  3. bamboozer says:

Stomach’s acting up, will remain Coons free in self defense. Just one “My good friends in the Republican party” and I’d hurl.

Anybody watch this? I have not, but I have it recorded and will put an annotated transcript in the Monday open thread. In the meantime I’m going to make up a “Coons on Fox” bingo card:

Defund the police (was a bad Dem policy)
    Both Sides
    My friends
    Gravely Concerned
    Come together
    Find common ground.
