    Do you remember that lady in Minquadale who used to charge $50 a head for groups to watch her and her dog?

    She eventually got arrested, but they had to let her go when they found out there really wasn’t anything she could be charged with under the DE Code such as it was at the time.

    That got fixed pretty quick, despite the objections of Sussex County legislators.
