Two Things I Love About DeSantis’ Response to Trump
If you are not as obsessed with Trump v. DeSantis as I am – here is a quick recap:
The Loser Ex-President made campaign stops where he told reporters that DeSantis would be “disloyal” if he ran for the Republican nomination and he knocked DeSantis’ record on Covid-19.
Desantis basically fired back with – Well I won my re-election, and you didn’t, so the people have spoken. And also, suck it.
Here’s what I love. It ignores the BIG LIE and might be the first time I’ve heard a MAGAt say “Trump lost. Get over it.” That’s good for America if civilian Republicans are now allowed to follow suit and acknowledge the simple truth – Trump is a loser who lost.
The second thing I love is how the smug little fucker (DeSantis) smugly just shrugged off trump as a loser and that’s pressing Trump’s biggest button. Trump hates being called a loser and to be called one by the a smug little twerp like DeSantis NO DOUBT landed in Mara Lago like a kick to the balls.
It all adds up to Trump and DeSantis going full on berserker during this campaign, and that is great news for America.
Total agreement, cowardly little shits though they be greed and a will to power are slowly overcoming their fear of the MAGA slack jaws that constitute Trump base, and their beginning to tell the truth. Painful though it be. In addition as politicians rarely, if ever, learn the Republicans are repeating their failed performance of the last time they controlled the house. Still want a Biden replacement, but suspect DeSantis will not sell once it crosses the border, find him to have all the personality of wet toilet paper and is visibly uneasy at public speaking.
