As President Joe Biden touts the first 10 drugs subject to Medicare price talks, Republicans are searching for their own message that would resonate with voters on the downsides of his signature domestic achievement.
Piggybacking on the pharmaceutical industry’s strategy, Republicans are working to persuade Americans that the Biden plan will stifle innovation and lead to price controls, several strategists say.
Once again they’re making an untenable argument–unless the Democrats wuss out as always. For once, will you just FIGHT ON THAT FUCKING HILL? People WANT lower-cost drugs. What are you afraid of? Besides getting cut off from the campaign checks from your Pharma Phat Cats.

To not negotiate the price of drugs is, dare I say it, anti capitalistic. We buy the most, we should get the lowest price. Any business on the planet would demand this, hilarious that the tiny minds think they can “Hit” Biden on reduced costs, they know that sympathy for Big Pharma does not exist. Reminds me of upper management and the sales department when they convince themselves the scam of the day is actually going to work.
