The hospital bombing in Gaza has convinced his handlers that Joe Biden won’t meet with Arab leaders in Jordan on his Middle East trip today. I’m not sure how yet, but the media is sure to conclude this is bad news for Biden.
The Previous Guy, meanwhile, is bad news for everyone he comes into contact with, even by proxy. The incompetent fuck, desperate to pretend he’s innocent, has sued Christopher Steele of Russia dossier fame in England, hoping that that fucked-up nation’s libel laws will – I dunno, make him look innocent? Steele testified yesterday that material Fat Donny declassified led to the disappearance of two Russian sources. I’m sure there’s a reason the big-mouthed dotard shouldn’t be executed for treason, but I can’t for the life of me figure out what it might be.
The Republican Party can’t stop itself from embracing the worst humans our fucked-up nation can produce, yet one of the worst, wrestler molester enabler Jim Jordan, found himself 20 votes short in his bid to become Speaker of the House of Deplorables. He’ll try again today in hopes that whatever moral scruples those 20 people possess will have evaporated overnight.
Sadly for the country, the Republican Party is made up of nothing but terrible people, like this New Jersey state senator who thinks not just abortion but birth control should be illegal, too. Ever notice that so-called “religious fundamentalists” mostly concern themselves with the sex other people are having? The GOP is what you get when you let such “religious fundamentalists” – the rest of us know them as “pervs” – fund and power a political party.
The main reason to worry about Trump’s 2024 chances rests with election fuckery, which is why it’s a big deal that his election-stealing cronies got their hands on some voting machines, which could enable them to change votes.
Possessing copies of voting system software enables hackers, thieves, and even foreign governments to install it on their own computers, create replicas of the voting systems, probe them for weaknesses, and develop ways to exploit vulnerabilities. Having a copy of the voting software is a boon for malicious actors. An attacker could use it to fabricate evidence of stolen votes to advance disinformation or support election deniers who baselessly challenge election results.
So now you have that to worry about. The floor’s yours.
