They’ve got a story touting – I kid you not – her endorsement by a bunch of lieutenant governors of other states. Nowhere in the article does it point out that these people know fuck-all about Delaware and are unqualified to endorse anyone, or that a lamer less impressive endorsement would be difficult to imagine. Stack that up against the newspaper’s complete disinterest in pursuing her financial shenanigans and I think it’s safe to say that the News Journal has no interest in upsetting the Delaware Way apple cart.
