It might just be familiarity, but I think “Her Majesty” works better as a coda than in the middle of the medley.
The best version of “Her Majesty” is Chumbawumba’s, because they wrote lots of extra verses:

I agree. A lot of the Beatles’ stuff online has been remastered, so it doesn’t sound the same as we remember it.
