    Whatever happened to that lawsuit re: the state’s esteal (escheat) laws? that was supposed to really hurt the states income also

    • The General Assembly passed laws to address the escheat situation. We probably took a bit of a hit.

    You do realize that corporate franchise taxes (not paid by everyday Delawareans) make up ~40% of of Delaware yearly tax revenue?
