After a week of being on trial, Park City must be feeling pretty good. The prosecution doesn’t seem to be getting much traction.

As the first week of the trial came to a close, we got to take a closer look into what it was like working inside the Office of the Auditor of Accounts, especially if you’re her daughter or a friend of her daughter. We then talk about the end of a depressing week in another part of Wilmington.

Give the podcast a listen and if you want a continuing voice in the community send a few bucks. Well worth it!
Also, I have some faith that the trial could just possibly bend towards justice:)

The Virginia Bateman testimony regarding the call she got from the DOJ investigator Mr F Robinson in June 2021 was key. Because she testified that she pretty much straightway texted Saylar McG (her best friend) and called Kathy after getting cold called by basically a cop.

I’m fairly certain there are requests from Kathy for email info from specific people on her team after this happened.

    Doesn’t look great.

The witness intimidation charge looks like the strongest evidence. And that’s a felony.

But what are the jurors taking from it? I haven’t the slightest idea.

It sounds like Woods has plenty of run of the mill Delaware way laziness and corruption to create some reasonable doubt among jurors. There is certainly a mountain of run of the mill Delaware way laziness and corruption for him to mine.

Back to court today. We’re planning a special surprise for tomorrow’s trial day 4 review.
