It appears that he isn’t keeping it too secret, he’s in the phone book and appears to have inherited it from his Father in 1988.

McDowell actually lives in my city neighborhood. I pass his house almost everyday. Now, I can’t account for every second of his time (and this by no means is an endorsement of him) but I see him at this city house frequently. Also, whenever I’ve called his home number he or his wife answers.
I’d say”case closed” based on that and the fact that the house in middletown has 1.5 baths.
Even without this, however, there is more than enough to open an ethics investigation into his dealings with Delmarva Power.
