Breaking News! Inside document from Bank of America
It’s the old, if you add health, dental, day care, water, air, free spoons in the cafe, toilet paper and electricity to your salary, you’d really be making this much memo! Woohooo, Wells Fargo already does this, I guess Bank of America finally got on board with the, “be fucking happy we do this for you maggots” meme.

It is so awesome really. It’s the companies way of saying, sure your SALARY may be small, but when you look at all the wonderful things we pay for, in all honesty you reallllly make this much.
I wonder what the CEO’s pay would really be after they factor in the private jet, security for multiple homes, free meals…that’d be cool to see.

More class warfare!
They pretend to pay us, we pretend to work.
They aren’t buying you any more free spoons than they used to; they are just paying more for them now due to inflation, and trying to tell you that the extra cost is part of your compensation.
And because inflation is raising their costs, you aren’t getting a raise.
Right now we are seeing the first phase of the economic meltdown ( price inflation). The economy won’t improve until there is also a corresponding wage inflation – employers must break down and start raising wages. Then you can pay off your debts with cheaper dollars.
anon,
the rich’s wages increase first, then comes ours. Duh
I predict by 2030 I’ll get mines!
JPMC did this a few years ago calling it “Total Rewards” including deferred stock plan that would pay out in about 10 years if the stock price had actually been going up. When Senior Exec. pointed this out to the lowly lumpenproles (like me) someone said “fine but how do I pay my mortgage *now*”?
Also, let’s not forget they give you free heating and air conditioning. All the water you can drink etc.
Bathroom privileges, too.
