A Delaware Dem September 26, 2011, 7:57 am Correct, it is Rockford Park and that is Rockford Tower. Anyone know the statue is of? Hint: famous last name for Delaware.
A Delaware Dem September 26, 2011, 9:28 am Correct. That is Admiral Samuel Francis DuPont. This statue used to stand in DuPont Circle in Washington, D.C., but the DuPont family decided to bring the statue home to Wilmington and build a fountain in the Cirle instead.
Rockford Park is my guess.
