Looks like an old House in Kenton
If it is the old house in Kenton, then Delaware Dem’s photographic scavenger hunts are truly epic in scale.
Wrong. This is the Stewart House, on Stewart Street in Port Penn. The house was built in the 1740s and was the home of David Stewart, who founded Port Penn and envisioned the community becoming the primary port on the Delaware River.
He must have been tall. It’s a big step to get in that door. 🙂
