    I don’t think it is the GWB. There are no buildings near the bridge towers on either side of the Hudson. Also the four roundish things that are holding the cables do not appear in any of the images I can find for the GWB.
    I think it is the Williamsburg Bridge in NYC

    Yes, Manhattan Bridge. I lived in that neighborhood briefly in the early 90s and that was my view.

    Yeah, its not the GWB. It’s the Manhattan Bridge, the twin to the Brooklyn Bridge.
