ACTION ITEM: House to Vote Today on Iraq Pullout

Filed in National by on April 25, 2007

Your representative in Congress, Mike Castle, will vote today on a bill that would require U.S. troops to begin pulling out of Iraq by Oct. 1.

In the past Castle has stated that he will defy the wishes of his Delaware constituents and stand with President Bush and will vote (yet again) for Bush’s continued bungling of the occupation of Iraq.

CALL NOW and ask Michael Castle to do the right thing and vote with the majority of Delawareans who are opposed to this war.

Castle’s Washington Office
(202) 225-4165

NOTE: Please be polite to Christine and simply say that you hope Castle votes with the people who elected him and against George Bush.

My goal is to get 25 calls.  So, email this around to your fellow travelers.

I figured I’d chat with Wenky since I was calling anyway, but she was in a “meeting.”
