When you are the congressman from Delaware, being a corporate shill comes with the job. I understand that. But Carney goes above and beyond with his wholesale deficit-mongering and austerity preaching, buying into the whole Republican crackpot economic philosophy. I can understand if there are certain votes where a Delaware congressman has to vote pro-corporate. But give me a wink acnowledging “Yeah, I know that vote isn’t good for America, but we’re from Delaware, so what can you do.”
