How Many White Supremacists is Tom Carper Comfortable With?

After Senator Coons released a statement concerning the raging anti-Semite Stephen Bannon in the White House, a friend on Facebook asked Tom Carper what his position was. The DC office told my friend that there were no plans. My friend asked, “How many white supremacist the senator was comfortable with in the incoming administration?” My friend said that the office had no clear answer. I called the Wilmington office and I was told that Carper was “concerned,” but the DC office would only be able to say whether or not Carper would be releasing a statement. Your turn to call at (202) 224-2441 or (302) 573-6291.

Carper has some racial issues himself ,look at what he did in his own state while he was Governor? He should be right at home with these guys. Another closeted racist turned politician.

Who knows what’s in his heart? What I want to know is why is he so fucking timid? It is shocking given the fact that nobody (other than father time) is ever going to come close to beating him in a primary OR on election day.

    His pusillanimousness is absurd.

  4. BTW, part of the women’s group Evey wrote about today went over to Chris Coon’s office in Wilmington today to ask him/his staff – face to face – about Bannon. Nice going!

  5. Former Veep Spiro Agnew called opponents of Nixon’s Vietnam policy “pusillanimous pussyfooters”, a phrase which suits Carper to a tee. BTW, Pat Buchanan was the writer who coined the term.

  6. I’m hearing that Carper signed the letter calling for Bannon’s removal.

  7. Nemski – You do know that Carney is the only member of Congress from Delaware, right?

There are no Senators on that letter.

No, LG, I thought we had 15 congressmen.

  9. Carper just issued a statement urging Trump to #AbandonBannon

    Good work everyone.

  10. Other signers of the letter: Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Sherrod Brown and Al Franken (11 total).
