The Stockholm Syndrome Party:
During a press conference with House managers after Trump's second impeachment trial, Nancy Pelosi said: "I think our country needs a strong Republican party. It's very important."
When was the last time you heard a Republicans say that the country needs a strong Democratic Party? Bottom Line: The Democratic Party leadership is comprised of very wealthy people who do not trust the instincts of Americans who are not rich. Yes - I'm looking at you, Coons.
I have zero faith in Dover passing any kind of legalization that doesn't:
A) Suck, and B) Further enrich some cabal of insiders.
Gov. John Carney has consistently opposed legalization, with a spokesman last week declining to speculate what the governor would do if the bill reaches his desk.
These "Republicans fractured" stories are nice, but a little far fetched. They'll do whatever the fuck Trump tells them to do. Change my mind. Also, is it news to anyone that Republicans are a bunch of racist assholes? Certainly that is not news to republicans.
One day after the Senate acquitted former president Donald Trump in his second impeachment trial, Republicans continued to diverge in what the future of their party.
