Wonky Wednesday: Homework and Drinking Liberally
Blogging TommyWonk style is all about doing your homework and having fun while you’re at it.
So tonight, I’m starting into the report of the Sustainable Energy Utility (SEU) Task Force (featured in today’s News Journal). The proposed SEU would provide financing and resources to help energy consumers reduce their dependence on the grid.
Also, the Public Service Commission (PSC) is accepting comments on the Integrated Resource Planning (IRP) docket through May 2. The IRP is the strategic plan for meeting Delaware’s energy needs, which many of us hope will include wind power.
I’m doing my homework tonight, so I can head off to Drinking Liberally tomorrow (Thursday) night with a clear conscience. This month’s edition meets at Timothy’s on the Riverfront in Wilmington at 8:00 pm. Tell ’em TommyWonk sent you.
Drinking Liberally has become one of my favorite avocations in the past few months. It is an excellent chance to meet some of the people that read the blogs, comment on the blogs and write the blogs. Hopefully I can elbow my way past your groupies and get to talk to you tomorrow. Come on out everyone, We’ll see you there.
