And that’s just what happened to John Hughes, secretary of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, during his hearing Wednesday before the Joint Bond Bill Committee.
When asked if he’d discussed the option of making Castle’s plan for a recreational area along the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal a national park, Hughes said:
“We haven’t really discussed that with Sen. Cast.. um Congressman Car.., Congressman Castle.
