Rally Squads
These squads should be instructed always to look for demonstrators. The rally squads task is to use their signs and banners as shields between the demonstrators and the main press platform. If the demonstrators are yelling, rally squads can begin and lead supportive chants to drown out the protestors (USA!, USA!, USA!). As a last resort, security should remove the demonstrators from the event site. The rally squads can include, but are not limited to, college/young republican organizations, local athletic teams, and fraternities/sororities.”

The way to stop this is to subpoena the names of the people in the “rally squads” and file suits against them individually (and their GOP masterminds) for civil rights violations. Remember to bring your video cameras to the rallies.
You mean the rally squads don’t have the right to be there? Is that what you are saying. I guess in the future when you libs have your little protests, counter-protests won’t be tolerated? So just who are the brown shirts?
At least the manual says that removing the protesters is the LAST resort. They are still letting them protest…just drowning them out.
Besides, its not like the media won’t take the dozen protesters and show 45 seconds of them, and completely shoot around the 500 supporters….well unless we are talking about a Democratic candidate.
A manual that says “removing the protesters is the LAST resort” has the same ominous overtones as saying “liquidating Chris is the LAST resort in arguing against him.” Chris, don’t you think this just a bit intimidating, perhaps even illegal?
