  1. Rebecca says:

The Bush Administration has committed war crimes and should be held responsible.

  2. MikeW says:

    to read, perhaps.

  3. X Stryker says:

Florida will be under water in fifty years or so. Either that, or “those who attempt to hasten Armegeddon will not be Raptured.”

  4. P.I. says:

    Seek psychiatric help immediately.

  5. Von Cracker says:

I wish that voter would understand the GOP methodology of winning elections.

That Bush’s party has fooled their voters time after time by riling-up the loonies on issues that really do not affect their day-to-day lives. The Masters of the “bait-and-switch” always seem to get them to vote on single-issues BS – such as religion, abortion, and too many others to mention – and ingore voting their true interests, and subsequently retard their social and economic growth.

GWB is no different than the rest that came before him, going back to Ike.

  6. anon says:

That Bush is lying. All the time. About everything.

Everything he says has an actual agenda that is the opposite of the words he is saying.

Most of all I would like them to feel a burning sense of shame at being fooled by the lies.

  7. Disbelief says:

Being Vice President is the most lucrative job in the world.

  8. pandora says:

That the Iraq War was about expensive oil, not cheap, and by that measure it’s a huge success.

  9. jason330 says:

This is the most outlandish QOD yet.

  10. graniaclewbay says:

‘A moment I’ve been dreading. George brought his n’er-do-well son around this morning and asked me to find the kid a job. Not the political one who lives in Florida; the one who hangs around here all the time looking shiftless. This so-called kid is already almost 40 and has never had a real job. Maybe I’ll call Kinsley over at The New Republic and see if they’ll hire him as a contributing editor or something. That looks like easy work.’

From the REAGAN DIARIES——entry dated May 17, 1986.

  11. Barefoot Melt says:

There’s an old saying in Delaware — I know it’s in Texas, probably in Delaware — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can’t get fooled again.

  12. anon says:

Unfortunately that Reagan diary quote is bogus. But it is morally true.

  13. snark says:

22 million pounds of Yellow Cake Uranium were just removed from Iraq

  14. cassandra_m says:

    Snark, you are SO evil….

  15. selander says:

    Evolution.

  16. Dana says:

The one thing I’d make those who still support President Bush understand is that they have been right all along, and not to listen to those progressive wimps — please pardon the redundant term — any longer.

  17. yep, Snark and none of it can make bombs, the US new about it and so did everyone else.

    move on

  18. mike w. says:

I’m no fan of Bush, but I would stress to them that Bush is not a “war criminal” no matter what the left says, nor did he unilaterally take us into Iraq.

In fact, I still say we were justified in going into Iraq. We made strategic blunders in how the war was carried out, but we most certainly had the authority to go in. Saddam did violate 13 UN treaties with no repercussions. I’m glad someone had the balls to be the enforcement arm of the UN. (that’s one of the key problems of the UN – lack of enforcement, and thus lack of legitimacy and efficacy)
