Joke of the Day

Filed in National by on November 27, 2008

The following joke is adapted from a popular joke told during the Great Depression.

President Bush and Secretary Paulson were walking down the street the other day discussing the current financial troubles the country was going through. As they approached a public telephone, Bush pulled a quarter out of his pocket and excused himself to call one of his friends. Paulson quickly gave Bush another quarter and said, “Why don’t you call both of them.”

Barney is lashing out apparently — he bit a reporter recently.

Change it to dropping a couple hundred bucks on an iPhone at the local Apple store, and it’s a winner.
