    Expand? No, it makes them move faster. If it’s actually worse, I wonder if it has to do with the high humidity. The smelly portion of flatus (technical term, isn’t it cool?) is sulfur compounds, like hydrogen sulfide. Could it be a solubility issue?

    He’s a nerd too, he thinks there needs to be control experiments. This may be part of the reason why people have a hard time relating to scientists.
