This is good news. But Short is a Democrat and Insurance companies need the unfettered ability to gouge every one’s eyes out, so this bill must be socialism or something.
“One of the key focuses of the Small Business Caucus is to improve the opportunity to establish and grow a small business in Delaware,” Rep. B. Short said. “As small businesses know, insurance is a critical challenge to their continued success. The members of the Small Business Caucus have listened to business owners and are working to help them succeed and grow.”
The first bill sponsored by members of the Small Business Caucus, House Bill 85, was placed on the House agenda on Tuesday. The legislation would reform rating rules for small employer group health insurance by compressing the top and bottom insurance rates, reducing the variance between rate premiums and limiting the adjustments that can be made year to year.

You probably wont remember the old definition of the ‘isms. It went something like this
Communism: If you have a cow, the Government takes it .
Socialism: If you have a cow, you keep it and the Government takes the milk for distribution.
Capitalism: If you have a cow you buy a Bull.
You sell the milk.
So far so good.
Problem is, They bought all the cows, own all the milk and the squeeze is on………..
